Michelle has been at North Heights since 2005. She has a chocolate Labrador Retriever named Buckshot, and a DSH named Ash. Michelle and her husband have two little girls. She enjoys going up to her cottage and spending time with her family.

Sara has been with North Heights since 2003. Her pets include a Labrador Retriever named Ralphie, Border Collie mix named Lady, 3 cats named Buddy, Blaze, and Sophia, and a little hobby farm with 3 goats,  and 2 bunnies. Outside of work she likes spending time with her children and husband.

Angela has been with North Heights since 2017. She has 4 cats Asuna, Jasper, Violet, Wynter, and some foster kitties. Angela like spa days, playing games, and spending time with her family.

Tracy has been a Receptionist/Assistant with North Heights since 2008. She has 3 Golden Retrievers, Bravo, Joy, and Judge, a Labrador Retriever, Mellow, and a Blue heeler named Remi, she also has a rabbit named Harold. Some of her dogs are therapy dogs and visit nursing homes, hospitals, and schools.

Shelly has been a receptionist with North Heights since 2022. Shelly has a dog Libby, 2 cats Luca and Marlin, and a bearded dragon named Harvey. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and pets. During the summer months, she enjoys the outdoors, walking, and going to the beach, and she loves going to the Nature Center year-round.

Sami has been a receptionist with North Heights since 2023. Sami has two dogs Kleetus and Clyde. Sami loves taking Kleetus, and Clyde hiking. Sami also loves camping, and spending time with family, and friends.

Megan has been with North Heights since 2012. She has 2 Labrador Retrievers Skye, and Kali, Rabbit named Waffles, and a hamster named Bubbles. She likes snowmobiling and helping family with dirt track racing.

Jennifer has been with North Heights since 2023. She has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years. She has a Doberman named Kyro and a cat named Everest. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children; camping, boating, fishing, and attending sporting events. Jennifer also enjoys nose work classes with Kyro.

Deb has been a receptionist with North Heights since 2006. Her pets include: cats Kevin, Melody, Merry, Archie, and Melvin, she also has a Pomeranian named George, and some assorted exotic pets. She loves working with pets and clients.

Olivia has been an assistant with North Heights since 2020. Previously she was working at the shelter helping animals find homes. Olivia has opened her heart up to many animals in her home. In her free time, she likes spending time with her family, and fur babies.

Kristin is a Veterinary Receptionist and has been with North Heights since 2021. Kristin has a German Shepherd named Koda.

Nichole is a Veterinary Assistant and has been with North Heights since 2023. Nichole graduated from UWSP with a biology degree in Wildlife Education. Nichole has two cats, Shadow and Fern, and one dog named Clover. Nichole loves to do practice agility and trials with Clover. Nichole also enjoys biking, hiking, and fishing with her husband.

Jade has been an Assistant with North Heights since 2023. She has a Labrador Retriever named Birdie.

Kala has been an Assistant with North Heights since 2023. She has a Terrier mix named Newton.

Timber joined North Heights at the beginning of 2024. She entered the veterinary field in 2021, however she has 10 years of experience in the service industry. Her goal at North Heights is fairly simple, to go above and beyond to help as many pets and pet owners as she can. Timber has two pets, a Lhasa Apso Willow and a Ragdoll named Polly. When Timber is not busy at work she enjoys spending time attending live music, movie and coin collecting, puzzling, camping, gardening, and walking/hiking with her dog Willow.
